The gastronorm compatible top (pans sold separately) can accommodate a variation of sized pans whilst the interior hosts enough space for 36 plated meals or over 250 plates. The manual thermostat is recessed to prevent any spillages onto the interface, whilst the two inner shelves are removable to assist with cleaning.
