I have worked with Angel Healthcare for 2 years in relation to provision of beds, bed servicing / PUWER checks, bed moves & sling LOLER inspections. Angel Healthcare have been very responsive in emergencies requiring urgent bed moves ensuring children & adults I work with always have a bed to sleep in. Matt responds to calls / emails promptly. Ash / Chris are polite & friendly when completing any work in our services. I am the Manager of a Care Home and having used the usual suppliers of uniforms was amazed at the speed of delivery from ABM! The cost is "EXCELLENT". I was initially worried about the quality but so far they seem to be very good. The customer service was also excellent and I was kept up to date with everything. 5 stars!

We were recently looking to purchase new wipeable armchairs for our residents bedrooms. I contacted our account manager Dell at ABM and told him what we were looking for specifically and our budget. He quickly started to contact suppliers looking to meet our request. His communication was clear and timely from beginning to end, keeping us updated through the complete process, right until delivery day, later calling to check how we liked our new purchase. Of course, Dell delivered his great customer service with professionalism and humour! As always, we will be back!
